Currently serving as Country Manager for Iberia at Synchro Diffusion, Pascal also mentors startups in innovation and retail. Previously, Pascal has held executive roles at major companies such as Apple, Nokia, Auchan, and Boulanger, where they led significant supply chain transformations and strategic initiatives. Pascal's expertise spans retail strategy, procurement, and the circular economy, reflecting a commitment to sustainable business practices. They are pursuing an MBA at IMD Business School and hold a Master’s degree from the Institut d'Études politiques de Paris.
