With over 30 years of experience, EurAupair (pronounced "yoor´-ô-pair"​) Intercultural Child Care Programs is an official United States government designated exchange visitor program sponsor. EurAupair is a U.S. not-for-profit, public benefit organization founded to improve understanding among people of different countries through cultural exchange. EurAupair is one of the oldest, largest and most trusted au pair organizations in the United States. Through its network of affiliated overseas offices, EurAupair screens young people who want to become au pairs.

The Community Support Team at EurAupair is responsible for ensuring the successful integration of au pairs into their host families and communities. This team provides local, hands-on assistance, conducting regular check-ins, offering guidance and support to both au pairs and host families, and facilitating conflict resolution when needed. Their goal is to foster a positive, enriching experience for all parties involved in the cultural exchange program.
