Frederic Clarens is the Waste, Energy and Environmental Impact Unit Director at Eurecat - Centro Tecnológico de Catalunya. Previously, they served as the Head of Industrial Ecology at both Eurecat and CTM Centre Tecnològic from 2005 to 2020. They also worked as a National Detachment Expert at the European Commission’s Joint Research Center - Institute of Transuranium Elements from 2005 to 2007. Frederic is currently pursuing a PhD in Science at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Degree in Chemistry at Universitat de Barcelona.
