Peter Brosten

Peter Brosten is a Data Scientist and Researcher at Eurecat - Technology Centre of Catalonia since July 2023. Prior to this role, Peter worked as a Research Student at the Artificial Intelligence in Medicine Lab (BCN-AIM), focusing on an exposome-based diabetes predictive model. Peter has diverse experience, including serving as Course Navigator for Python and Statistics at North Seattle College and working as a bartender and server at The Barking Dog Alehouse. An academic background includes a Master's degree in Fundamental Principles of Data Science from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Bergen, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Physics from Northern Arizona University. Early career roles included Lead Day Camp Counselor and Day Camp Counselor at YMCA of Greater Seattle, emphasizing leadership and child supervision.
