Roger Marí

Roger Marí is a Computer Vision Researcher at Eurecat - Technology Centre of Catalonia since January 2024, specializing in state-of-the-art AI and computer vision algorithms. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay focusing on neural radiance fields for satellite image collections, and a PhD at Centre Borelli where research involved applications of multi-image remote sensing and 3D reconstruction from satellite imagery. Noteworthy projects include developing software for volume change detection, large-scale satellite image mosaics, and deep learning applications for camera calibration and multi-view 3D reconstruction. Roger holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from ENS Paris-Saclay, an MSc in Computer Vision from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and a BSc in Audiovisual Systems Engineering from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
