Sophie Mathys

Sophie Mathys is the Directrice des opérations at Eureden Agriculture, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as Directrice des opérations at Conserverie la belle-iloise from 2017 to 2023, where they managed two sites and oversaw a team of 7 directly and approximately 350 indirectly. Sophie began their career at Mars, where they held the role of Shift Manager from 1999 to 2003, managing a production team in the ice cream division. They hold an engineering degree in agri-food and industrial engineering from ENSAIA and a master's degree in microbiology from the Faculté des sciences de Limoges.
