Michael Fleishman

Michael Fleishman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Ben Gurion University in 2005. Michael then worked as an Information System Developer in The Academic Program for the IAF flight Course from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined the Israel Defense Forces, IT Branch, where they served as an Industrial Management Engineer until 2010. Michael then transitioned to the role of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant until 2013, before becoming a SAP Team Leader. In 2013, they joined Adallom as an R&D professional and worked until 2016. Michael then joined Microsoft and served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2017, and later became a Group Manager until 2021. Currently, they are working at Eureka Security as a Senior Software Engineer.

Michael Fleishman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Michael later pursued further education at Reichman University, graduating with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science between the years 2010 and 2014. Additionally, they participated in an entrepreneurs training program at Tel Aviv University in 2013.
