Our company began its operation on 2 November 1992 under the name MHB-IMMO Ingatlanfejlesztő és Hasznosító Részvénytársaság and as a business entity 65% owned by Magyar Hitel Bank Rt. Our scope of activity at the time of the company foundation involved the tasks of asset valuation, real estate sale, property development and investment consultancy primarily related to the clientele of the main owner. The company generated significant turnover from the management of the bank portfolio of bad debts with real estate collateral.
Following the spring of 1996 and as a result of the privatization of MHB Rt. our company underwent changes, including a change in its name and its ownership structure. The new name of the company was EURO-IMMO Ingatlanfejlesztő és Hasznosító Rt. Out of the 65 shares held by MHB Rt., a total of 26 share were temporarily transferred to Magyar Befektetési és Fejlesztési Bank Rt. and later to the ownership of the company management.
In March 2000, a new strategy was adopted by our company group. This meant that the activities of  real estate valuation, consultancy, property management and real estate development were transferred to independent entities. The real estate valuation and consultancy activity that is relevant to this bid has therefore since been continued under the name Euro-Immo Expert Ltd.
The reason behind this move was our intention to adapt to the changes in market demand given that demand for our real estate and asset valuation services has greatly increased year over year.
