Jim Moretta

Jim Moretta has extensive experience in HR leadership and site management at various pharmaceutical companies. Jim is currently the Site Head and General Manager at EUROAPI, overseeing operations employees and hosted organizations. In their previous roles, Jim has managed global product launches, regulatory approvals, and site closures with employee support programs. Moretta has also held HR leadership positions in different divisions, focusing on talent development, reward, and employee engagement. Additionally, Jim has a background in microbiology and has received a Bachelor's degree from King's College London.
