Julie Brugger

Julie Brugger is a Public Affairs Director at EUROAPI, where they currently focus on public affairs. They held several roles within the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, serving as a Trade Policy Adviser from 2022 to 2024, and prior as a Policy Adviser on Economic Diplomacy for urban development between 2019 and 2022. Julie also gained experience as a Trainee Policy Officer in charge of energies and a Trainee Consultant at Cikaår in 2018. They obtained a Master's degree from Sciences Po Toulouse and studied at Tongji University and Lycée Pierre-Paul Riquet.
