Pablo has worked in various roles such as R&D Laboratory Head Scientist and Co-Founder of a microbiological consulting company for craft breweries. Pablo is currently serving as the R&D Fermentation Team Lead Scientist at EUROAPI, focusing on optimizing microbial fermentation processes for pharmaceutical ingredients. Pablo holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences and Biotechnology, along with additional qualifications in project management and ISO standards interpretation.
