Athanasios Blanas has over 15 years of experience in the certification business, specializing in food safety auditing and compliance with GFSI standards. They have held various positions at EUROCERT S.A, including Senior Product Manager and Animal Production Department Supervisor, and are currently a BRC Lead Auditor for both EXOVA BM TRADA and Eurofins Food Safety Solutions. Athanasios began their career as a Hygiene Inspector at the East Attika Veterinary Department and holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Aristoteleion Panepistimion Thessalonikis, completed in 2001.
