Wayne Holiday has extensive experience in the construction industry, having held various managerial positions since 2000. Notable roles include Site Manager at Mowlem, where responsibilities included controlling programs and managing health and safety, and later as a Defects Avoidance Manager at BAM Construct UK, where Wayne advised on construction best practices across the North of England. Additional positions include Site Manager roles at Interserve Project Services and George Downing Construction, as well as Construction Manager at Carillion PLC, overseeing site processes. Currently, Wayne serves as a Defects Avoidance Manager at Euroclad Group Ltd, focusing on the inspection and guidance of clad systems. Wayne holds a Higher National Certificate in Building Construction Technology from Hull College, earned from 2002 to 2007.
