EUROCRANE, S.A. is the follower of JNA, comprising the same technical team. JNA was started in May 1998 and EUROCRANE on March 2002. 
In May 2009, EUROCRANE was converted into a private limited company through a social capital raise and the entrance of new partners, Mr. J. Nunes de Almeida, ARCEN Group and a private investor.
This new bond with ARCEN Group provided EUROCRANE with highly sophisticated means of production.
The majority of the technicians at EUROCRANE have origins in MAGUE, mastering an experience of decades in the Lifting Equipment sector.  This team has been refreshed due to the admission of young engineers.
