Daniela Panagassi

Daniela Panagassi is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice Presidente Global de Pessoas at Eurofarma since June 2018, Daniela oversees HR functions in 21 countries, including Brazil, Latin America, and Angola, managing a team of over 90 professionals. Prior to this role, Daniela held the position of Diretora de Recursos Humanos at Odebrecht, where leadership encompassed corporate HR management and partnerships within the business. Daniela's background also includes a managerial role in HR at Braskem, focused on corporate HR structuring, and a significant tenure at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included managing HR for the Home Care unit. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidade do Grande ABC and an MBA in Human Resource Management from FEI.
