Lukas Kulmitzer

Lukas Kulmitzer has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and IT. Lukas started their career in 2015 as an IT Advisory Consultant at EY and worked there until 2018. Following this, they joined Infineon Technologies as an Information Security Expert from 2018 to 2020. Lukas then served as the Information Security and Business Continuity Manager at Anexia from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they became the Head of IT-Security at GoStudent GmbH until 2023. Currently, Lukas holds the position of Chief Information Security Officer at eurofunk Kappacher GmbH since 2023. Additionally, they have been an External Lecturer for System Security at Universität Klagenfurt since 2019.

Lukas Kulmitzer obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Management from Universität Klagenfurt in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Management from the same institution in 2016. Additionally, Lukas has obtained several certifications, including CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) from (ISC)² in 2021, CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge V4) from the Cloud Security Alliance in 2020, and Information Security Auditor (ISO27001) from CIS - Certification & Information Security Services GmbH in 2020. Lukas has also pursued certifications in Cobit 5 Foundation Level, Google Cybersecurity Certificate, Prince2 Foundation Level, and SCRUM Master.
