Salwa Debbagh

Salwa Debbagh is a seasoned professional in change management and user experience, currently serving as the Head of Change Management and User Experience at Euronext since September 2022. Prior to this role, Salwa held various positions, including Digital Workplace Expert at SODIAAL and IT Transition Manager for the Yoplait divestiture at General Mills, where responsibilities encompassed managing the transition of collaborative tools and communication during organizational changes. Additional experience includes leading change management initiatives at Criteo, Mondelēz International, Hermès, and CHANEL, focusing on the deployment of new technologies and methodologies. Salwa holds a Master's degree in Audit and Consulting of Information Systems from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and an engineering degree in Telecommunications from ENSEIRB-MATMECA.
