Steven Elsinga

Steven Elsinga (楊思睿) is currently serving as the Legal & Regulatory Counsel at Euronext Amsterdam, focusing on market data and financial regulations. Prior to this role, they worked at de Volksbank, where they provided legal advice on financial regulations and corporate governance. Steven co-founded a Chinese language school and has experience as an English teacher for children in China. They hold multiple law degrees, including an LLM in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam and LLMs in International Business Law from East China University of Politics and Law and the National University of Singapore.
