Although both now retired John  and Libby formed EUROPA International back in 1997. We have to say with limited success as our link was developed out of Libbys  Prague origins which led to her organically discovering the talents of Czech plastic surgeons. Indeed it began with a chance meeting with an Aneathetist to a plastic surgeon who a number of years ago Libby went to school with. Libbys connection enabled the culutral and mentality gaps which inevitably ensue.
