Europe Plus (E+) is a leading think tank advancing Albania and the Western Balkans on their path toward European Union integration. Founded in 2017, we bring together a network of experts and practitioners dedicated to aligning regional policy with EU standards.
Our work spans research, policy advocacy, and civic engagement, guided by our core values of democracy, rule of law, and transparency. Through tailored programs, strategic partnerships, and active dialogue with institutions and citizens, we aim to strengthen governance, empower civil society, and foster a sustainable, inclusive future.
By bridging local initiatives with European aspirations, E+ serves as a trusted voice for change, helping the region move forward collaboratively. We empower policymakers, institutions, and citizens through evidence-based analysis, training programs, and strategic partnerships, playing a key role in shaping EU-related policies and reinforcing regional governance.
Our approach bridges research and practice, enabling stakeholders to engage constructively in Europe’s evolving policy landscape.
