We deliver quality sourced products including flours and rice to food manufacturing, wholesale, foodservice, ethnic and retail. We champion innovation and bring to market new specialist products. 

We are the largest supplier of sushi rice to the UK market, buy the majority of our rice from carbon neutral mills and supply the majority of food manufacturers in the UK – meaning a vast number of UK consumers have indirectly eaten (and loved) our ingredients! 

We are also the only company to have the sole exclusive rights to supply new sprouted flours from the only fully industrialised, BRC accredited sprouting plant and mill. We supply over 10,000 tonnes of product to the UK and Europe every year!
