Cindy Gorissen

Cindy Gorissen currently serves as HR Director for Cartamundi, overseeing HR operations in Belgium and holding the title of VP HR for Europe and APAC since June 2024. Previously, Cindy held the position of HR Director at Van Roey ICT/Eurosys from March 2023 to May 2024, and served as Human Resources Director at Ebema between April 2020 and March 2023. From September 2014 to April 2020, Cindy was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Claes Retail Group NV, managing HR functions for the JBC and Mayerline brands. Cindy also contributed to Cegeka as Group HR Manager from June 2008 to September 2014, where responsibility included establishing an integrated HR process environment. Earlier experience includes roles as a senior consultant at Hudson/De Witte & Morel and as an HR advisor for ICT at KBC Bank and Insurances. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from KU Leuven and has completed various professional development programs, including those at Vlerick Business School and the School for Coaching and Leadership.
