JR Badian is currently an advisor at Eusoh. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Pillow Guy from January 2019 to December 2020. JR was responsible for overseeing the brand, performance, and growth for top of funnel acquisition, and in store retail sales.

Previously, JR was the Chief Marketing Officer at Chef'd from January 2018 to July 2018. During their time there, they focused on analytics (CAC to LTV multiple) to help guide the strategic decisions of marketing mobile UX and the Chef'd app. JR also managed the marketing team inclusive of Brand, Creative, Growth, and Retention.

Before Chef'd, JR served as VP Digital Marketing, CRM, and Social Media at iHeartRadio from November 2012 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the development of the digital marketing strategy and execution for iHeartRadio's 850 live radio stations and digital service.

JR began their career in 2011 as the Director of Development at Oracle. JR held this position until 2012 when they transitioned to iHeartRadio.

JR Badian has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in the City of New York, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
