Windsor Tracy

Windsor Tracy is currently the Director of Surveying at Eustace Engineering and serves as a Board Member for the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists, overseeing the regulation of licensure in the field. Windsor owned and operated Tracy Land Services and Major & Tracy, Inc., contributing to project management and client satisfaction. With a background as a Project Manager at Metz Engineering and lengthy experience in various leadership roles, including Director of Surveying at Schlosser & Clauss Consulting Engineers, Inc. and Survey Manager at CEDARVILLE Engineering Group, Windsor has established a strong foundation in engineering and surveying. Windsor holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Temple University.
