Mitch Allen

Senior Mechanical Engineer, R&d at EUV Tech

Mitch Allen has over 17 years of engineering experience. Mitch began their career in 2004 as a Lead Intern at Altair Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for final assembly inspection, BOM assembly, vacuum/dry gas packaging, shipping/receiving, chemical cleaning of parts and assemblies, and clean room assembly. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Junior Engineer at Altair Technologies, Inc., where they were involved in repair and improvement of linear accelerator systems and components, as well as related vacuum electron devices. In 2013, they began working at NanoConversion Technologies, Inc. as a Development Engineer, where they were involved in rapid prototyping and iterative design of sodium-based, heat-to-electricity converter device. Mitch was later promoted to Lead CAD/mechanical design engineer. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at KLA as a Mechanical Design Engineer III, where they were the point person for development and qualification of a vacuum robot system, and drove the design and integration of an ultra-clean vacuum particle test chamber. Mitch is currently employed at EUV Tech as a Mechanical Engineer in R&D.

Mitch Allen graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Astrophysics).
