Rupert C. Perera

Rupert C. Perera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and scientific research. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at EUV Tech since January 2002, Rupert previously worked as a Staff Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory from April 1984 to February 2006. Rupert holds an MBA in Management Science from Golden Gate University (1998 - 2000), a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (1973 - 1978), and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Chemistry from the University of Peradeniya (1969 - 1972).
