Tom Arthur has over 18 years of professional experience in the aerospace industry. Tom began their career in 2001 as an Integrated Avionics Technician for the United States Air Force. During their time in the Air Force, Tom managed direct reports, wrote evaluations and mentored junior military members. In 2011, they joined C & S Propeller LLC as a Quality Manager, where they managed a certified FAA Part 145 repair station, completed First Article Inspections and Material Review Boards. Tom then moved to Reynard Corporation in 2012, where they were a Quality Manager managing a certified ISO 9001:2008 system and inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process on AQL level basis. In 2013, they joined Zodiac Aerospace (Monogram Systems) as a Program Manager and Quality Inspection Supervisor, where they managed a union team of 16 highly qualified inspectors and ensured that all product complied with AS9100 / Customer standards. In 2015, Tom joined Aechelon Technology as a Lead Project Manager and Manufacturing Project Manager, where they exercised their knowledge and expertise to evaluate / resolve technical issues for key project(s) or program(s), managed multiple aspects of planning, monitoring, reporting, scheduling of Manufacturing Deliverables, provided management/oversight of ongoing project management excellence across the business and lead and directed the compliance of ISO 9001:2015 in the Manufacturing Department. In 2018, Tom joined EUV Tech as a Director of Operations and Project Manager.

Tom Arthur began their education journey in 1998 when they attended The Ohio State University to study Psychology. Tom then attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2005 to 2007 to earn an Associate of Science (AS) in Avionics Systems Technology. After that, they continued their studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Technical Management. Finally, Tom Arthur completed a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2011 to 2012. Tom also attended Grove City High School.
