Marek Skowron

Marek Skowron has a diverse work experience history starting from 2006, when they had a summer internship at Orange Polska in the Network Analysis and Statistic Section. Marek then worked at the Centre for Wireless Communications CWC Oulu from 2007 to 2012, initially as a Research Assistant and later as a Research Scientist and Project Manager. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Comarch as a Software Implementation Consultant, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst. At Qvantel, Marek had roles as a Business Analyst and Specialist Business Analyst from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Siili Solutions as a Senior Solutions Analyst, involved in developing a credit decision system for a Finnish financial group. In 2020, Marek joined Euvic Sverige as a Senior Business Analyst, later taking on roles as a Project Manager and Head of Business Analysis. In 2022, they transitioned to Euvic Finland and Euvic MEA, where they currently hold positions as a Senior Business Analyst, Head of Business Analysis, and Product Owner.

Marek Skowron holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, which they obtained from The Silesian University of Technology from 2002 to 2008. During their studies, Marek also participated in an exchange program at the University of Oulu from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Telecommunications. In terms of additional certifications, Marek obtained the following: Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in April 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020, and Project Management in SCRUM Methodology from Comarch in May 2014. Marek Skowron also holds the Zertifikät Deutsch certification from Goethe Institut, which was obtained in 2006.
