Howard then became a Lead Applications Engineer at Technicolor in 2009, where they managed a team of 7 developers as scrum master. In 2012, they were an Advisor/Head of Technology at KarmaKarma and also a Director of Interactive Development at GSN. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Director of Engineering at Reverge VR. In 2017, they joined merQbiz - A Boston Consulting Group Venture as a Sr. Manager, Engineering. In 2019, they were an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Most recently, they have been a Sr. Director and Director of Cloud & DevOps at EV Connect since 2020.
