Business Development at EV Connect

Molly H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Molly started their career as a Server at Fresh Organic Restaurant in 2016 and later became a Team Lead, training new staff and ensuring optimal guest experiences. In 2018, Molly worked as a Lead Server and Room Service at DoubleTree by Hilton before moving on to a Food and Beverage Management Intern role at Walt Disney World in 2019. At Walt Disney World, they supervised a team of over 50 staff, managed inventory, and ensured compliance with safety regulations.

In 2019, Molly also began freelancing as an Influencer Sales Specialist, managing influencer relations for clients in the travel agency and hospitality sectors. After that, they worked as a Business Development Representative at Statusphere, achieving high quota attainment and creating a training program for the sales team.

In 2021, Molly joined Edgio as a Senior Business Development Representative and later became a Lead Business Development Specialist. In these roles, they exceeded quotas, coached and motivated the team, and developed reports on sales and demand generation campaigns.

Molly's most recent work experience includes being a Business Development Advisor at Think Tanking - Executive Knowledge Sharing since 2022, where they support marketing executives in expanding their networks and digital acumen. Currently, they also hold a role in Business Development at EV Connect, starting in 2023.

Molly H. started their education journey in 2018 at Florida International University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Molly completed their undergraduate studies in 2020. In 2020, Molly continued their education at St. Thomas University, where they enrolled in a Master of Business Administration program with a focus on Marketing. Molly completed their MBA in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Molly has obtained some additional certifications. In October 2019, they earned a certification in Content Marketing: Social Media from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in April 2023, they obtained a certification in HubSpot Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy.
