Rob Sham has worked in various roles in the sales industry since 2006. In 2006, they started as an Assistant Area Sales Manager at Bally Total Fitness, where they worked with the Area Fitness Manager to oversee the 12 training programs in the Los Angeles area, provided on-boarding training for groups of 60+ newly hired trainers, and interviewed, hired, developed, led, and retained a team of 30 personal trainers. In 2012, Sham founded Everything MR2, where they created a grassroots marketing platform, negotiated discounts from auto parts dealerships, wholesalers, and vendors, and cataloged and maintained a physical inventory of over 1000 vehicle parts. From 2018 to 2019, Sham worked at Tesla as a Senior Sales Advisor, where they were in the top 3 finish for 2019Q1 with cumulative revenue of +$18.5 million and achieved all monthly quotas. Finally, from 2019 to present, Sham is the Senior Director Sales, Sale Operations, Channel Partnership at EV Connect, where they are responsible for SaaS ARR and top line revenue growth, sales organization strategic alignment, talent development, operational efficiency, and increasing sales velocity.
Rob Sham attended the University of Southern California from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Kinesiology and Business Administration-Entrepreneurship.
