Omer's expertise includes writing business plans, characterizing operational processes, and managing development teams, with experience in banking systems. Additionally, Omer established a PMO section at Afik Water and Sewerage Systems Ltd in 2009 and served as a Project Engineer at Gomeh Solutions Ltd. Omer holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Business Entrepreneurship from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Shenkar - Engineering, Design, Art.
