EV3 Technologies is a UK-based medical device startup transforming care for women with pelvic organ prolapse (POP).

Founded by a gynaecologist and backed by Innovate UK, we’re developing a next-generation pessary designed with women, for women to offer improved comfort, dignity, and autonomy.

Rather than asking women to adapt to outdated solutions, we’re building a modern, patient-centred device that fits into real lives — not just medical records. 

Our product will enhance comfort, support self-management, and empower women with clear guidance and community-led engagement.

We’re working alongside clinicians, engineers, and patients to restore confidence, reduce clinical burden, and deliver care that feels personal, not procedural.

We believe pelvic health should be intuitive, inclusive, and intelligent. It's not just about developing a device — we’re empowering a new standard in women’s health.
