Ben Kaminsky

Ben Kaminsky has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. In 2005, they worked as a UPI Correspondent for United Press International. Ben then joined CARMA International in 2006 and served as the Head of Semantic & Business Intelligence, where they pioneered the analytics department and developed KPI systems using semantic technologies and Business Intelligence dashboards. In 2011, Kaminsky founded and served as the Managing Director of Konsultancy, a consulting agency specializing in innovative projects using advanced technologies. In 2013, they founded LUCKYLINK Recruitment, where they held the position of CEO until 2018. Since 2018, they have been the Founder and CEO of EVA.AI | Powering HR 4.0, a company focused on empowering HR professionals through the adoption of AI, Automation, and Analytics technologies.

Ben Kaminsky started their education in 2000 at Intégrale, where they pursued HEC Preparation and studied Economics. After completing this program in 2003, they attended Audencia from 2003 to 2005, obtaining a Master's degree in General Management with a focus on Media, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Human Resources. In the same year, they also attended the University of Deusto, where they received a Licenciado degree in Ciencia de la Organisacion, Logistica, and Estrategia. Finally, in 2005, they briefly studied at the American University, obtaining a Degree in TV Journalism and Media Management.
