Eva & Alma partner with organisations who recognise that their people are their greatest asset, especially during life’s most difficult moments. We specialise in providing compassionate, expertly guided support for employees navigating the death of a loved one or the complex realities of anticipatory grief.
In today’s workplace, grief doesn’t stay at home. It affects wellbeing, concentration, performance, and the ability to feel grounded. Most companies want to help their people but aren’t equipped with the language, tools or structure to do so effectively. That’s where we come in.
Eva & Alma create calm reflective spaces where employees can slow down enough to feel supported, seen, and understood not just managed. Through a blend of evidence-informed practices, emotional wellbeing frameworks and deeply human guidance, we offer:
1:1 sessions
Group workshops
Leadership guidance on navigating grief-sensitive conversations
Bespoke programmes tailored to organisational culture
Our intention is simple: to help people move through life's transitions and to help organisations become environments where compassion and productivity can co-exist.
When employees feel genuinely supported during critical moments, they return to work more grounded, resilient and able to engage meaningfully. Eva & Alma is here to make that possible with sensitivity, professionalism and care.
