Mina Joseph holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESLSCA University, graduating with a GPA of 3.875, as well as a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Ain Shams University. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Section Head at EVA Pharma since October 2024, Mina has substantial experience in quality assurance roles, including positions as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance IPC Expert at MiGenTra Egypt from January 2016 to December 2020. Responsibilities have included the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems, as well as supervising in-process control tasks for production areas. Additionally, Mina is certified in Six Sigma.
