I coach private equity investment professionals and senior leaders in investor-backed businesses who operate in demanding, high-accountability environments.

Before establishing my coaching practice, I spent over 20 years in corporate finance and private equity with PwC, Merrill Lynch, 3i and Bridges Fund Management, and served as Chief Operating Officer of Level 20. That experience continues to shape how I work — I understand the commercial intensity and scrutiny that define investment environments.

I work with investment professionals as they:
• Take on broader responsibility within their fund
• Increase board exposure and portfolio oversight
• Expand from analytical excellence into wider enterprise judgement
• Navigate influence and decision-making under scrutiny

I also support CEOs and senior functional leaders in PE and VC-backed businesses managing investor expectations and board dynamics.

I have over 15 years’ experience as a Non-Executive Director across investor-backed businesses. I currently serve as a Governor of The Place, a leading contemporary dance organisation and specialist Higher Education Provider.

My approach is commercially grounded and informed by this experience. Much of my work centres on helping leaders think clearly amid complexity — where analytical rigour, commercial judgement and stakeholder dynamics intersect.
