Ethan Shen began their work experience in 2001 as a Shipbuilding Designer at China State Shipbuilding Corporation. Ethan then joined Shanghai Fast&Far marine design Co.,Ltd. in 2006 as a Section Chief & Project Manager, where they gained extensive experience in vessel design, system design, and project management. In 2012, they took on the role of Project Engineer at Elomatic (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. before moving to Evac Group in 2014. At Evac Group, Ethan held various roles including Manager, Senior Manager, and eventually Head of Project Management Asia. These positions allowed him to oversee the execution of projects across Asia and further demonstrate their expertise in project management.
Ethan Shen holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, which they obtained from Dalian Maritime University from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued higher education and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2014 to 2017. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Tongji University. In terms of additional certifications, Ethan obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2013. Ethan also received a Master of Science in Management degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in January 2017 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tongji University in September 2019.
