Jaime Scott is an entrepreneurial business leader with over twenty years of experience improving customer experience for various corporate brands and the public sector. Currently, Jaime serves as the Founder and CEO of evaluagent®, where they lead a team of software engineers and customer experience experts to enhance performance in multi-channel contact centers. Previously, Jaime held significant roles in customer experience and operational excellence at Vertex Data Science, Orange Personal Communications Services Limited, and Barclays Bank. Jaime studied at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, where they earned their degree from 1989 to 1993.
