Michelle Dinsmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and operational leadership. As Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of EvaluAgent® since 2012, Michelle has also served as Director of Client Services and Head of Programme Delivery. Prior to this, Michelle spent over a decade at Vertex Data Science, where roles included Global Customer Experience Manager and Operations Manager, collaborating with notable clients such as M&S, Tesco, and Royal Bank of Scotland to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Michelle holds a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from St Helens Business College.
