Ben Laybourn

Ben Laybourn is a seasoned education consultant and systems leader with a robust background in improving school practices through reflective and evidence-based methodologies, currently serving at Evaluation Associates since February 2014. Laybourn has previously held roles such as Director of Teaching and Learning at Makoura College, Head of Science at Chanel College, and multiple leadership positions at Taita College. In addition to educational roles, Laybourn established a financial advisory service through Ember Financial Ltd from May 2022 to April 2024.
