Introduction
Evaluation Consultants was established in 2003, primarily to offer a commercial management service to mechanical and electrical contractors. By the introduction of key personnel the practice has been able to develop and expand its services and undertake other duties, such as training and development.

All the team recognises the importance of the clients’ needs and the necessity to ensure these are achieved. We all understand that there is no substitute for hard work, and all believe that 'front-end'​ effort and commitment is the key to a successful project.

We are all flexible in our approach to completing tasks and are able to adapt to the infinite number of differing situations that occur in different organisations. In summary our personnel take ownership of any commission we are appointed on. Our clients’ success is our success.

The Team
The team has experience in all aspects of mechanical and electrical Quantity Surveying, having worked for contracting, professional and end user clients. In addition we all have unique talents that compliment each others. We have successfully undertaken a wide portfolio of projects in many differing sectors that range in value.
