Luca Bigger

Luca Bigger is the Deputy Director at EVAM, with a diverse background in leadership and operations. They served in the Swiss Armed Forces as a Battery Commander and Field Artillery Officer from 2004 to 2006, advancing through the ranks. In addition, they have experience as an Administrative Assistant at EVAM and have held various roles at the International Committee of the Red Cross, including Head of Operations. Luca is pursuing a CAS in Leading by Example at Universität Luzern and is working towards a Diplom en administration publique at IDHEAP, while having previously earned a Master’s degree in Post-War Recovery Studies from the University of York.
