Benny Singleton

Benny Singleton is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at Evander since April 2023. Previously, Benny held roles including Workforce Planning Manager at Norfolk & Suffolk Police and HR Projects Lead at South Norfolk Council. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Assistant HR Business Partner Projects and Data, Human Resources Administrator, Human Resources Assistant, and Human Resources and Payroll Assistant at various organizations, including the College of West Anglia and WARINGS furniture. Benny began a career in retail as a Shop Assistant at Waitrose & Partners before transitioning to HR. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Essex and a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management from The Learning People, along with A levels and GCSEs from Wymondham High Academy.
