Chuck Meyer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems support and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Systems Support & Development at NBT Bank since May 2025, Chuck has held various roles at Evans Bank since 2009, including Assistant Vice President and Senior IT Manager, as well as Assistant Vice President and Lead Systems Analysis.
