Richard E. Game has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard E. started their career in 1987 as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, part owner, and member of the Board of Directors at General Electric Composites/FRE Composites. From 1997 to 1999, they served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at KOM Software, a software developer specializing in enterprise application software and services.

In 1999, Richard joined Nortel Networks as the Director of the Global Internet Data Center & Applications Hosting Initiative. Richard E. played various roles in hosted applications and data center, ultimately leading the initiative to develop end-to-end solutions for wireline and wireless services.

Richard then took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Skyhook Networks, a wireless semiconductor RF start-up company, in 2002. Although the company failed to secure appropriate financing and did not progress beyond the initial funding stage, it achieved notable accomplishments.

In 2003, Richard joined Combat Sports Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, before transitioning to their role as Chief Operating Officer at Evans Consoles in 2004. At Evans Consoles, the largest designer and manufacturer of engineered workstation control room and airport solutions in the world, Richard has held various positions including VP Marketing, VP Business Development, and Executive Vice President. In their current role as Chief Operating Officer, they provide executive leadership to multiple departments and oversees international sales, marketing, business development, electrical manufacturing, project management, construction and architectural services, design engineering to manufacturing, digital tools, and IT. Richard E. also plays a crucial role in the company's complex global manufacturing, sales, and distribution channels.

Richard E. Game has a diverse education history. Richard E. holds a Doctor of Business Administration (International Business) degree from Athabasca University. Additionally, they have completed an Executive Education Program from Harvard Business School. Richard also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree from Western University. In terms of undergraduate studies, they have a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Geotechnical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. Apart from their formal education, Richard has also obtained several certifications including the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute, Certified International Trade Professional (CITP®|FIBP®) from the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT), and the WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate for Wine from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
