Jan Rybeck

Jan Rybeck is currently a Partner, Coaching Lead, and President at various consulting and coaching organizations. With a wealth of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Jan has spent years working with both public and private sector clients. Jan's expertise also extends to teaching, having worked as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University, where they received a Distinction in Teaching award. Jan holds a Master's degree in Clinical and Group Counseling from Boston University.
