Sandra S.

Sandra S.'s work experience begins in 2000 at Ricoh USA, Inc., where they held various roles including Sr. Support Analyst, Sr. Technical Trainer, Sr. Software Solution Design (Pre-Sales Engineer), and Network Services Specialist. In 2016, they joined Kyocera Intelligence as a Senior Executive Account Manager, and in 2019, they became a Senior Technical Trainer at Cognizant. Currently, Sandra is the Director of IT Communications and Technical Training at Evans Hotels, a position they have held since 2022. Throughout their career, Sandra has demonstrated expertise in adult learning techniques, need assessment tools, team collaboration, and designing IT software solutions.

Sandra S. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism (with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish) from San Diego State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE). Sandra also holds certifications in AHM 250 from AHIP, CTT+ from CompTIA, Green IT from CompTIA, Security+ from CompTIA, and A+ from CompTIA.
