Evans Management Group (EMG) is the investment management office for the Evans family, whose legacy began in 1947 with the founding of CF Evans in Orangeburg, SC—now a leading multifamily general contractor in the Southeast.

Seven decades later, EMG continues its dedication to building people and serving the community through each specialized division. Orange Capital Advisors is a forward thinking real estate development firm developing class A projects across the Southeast, while Palmetto Sitework Services specializes in comprehensive site preparation and development. Santee Building Solutions provides innovative construction services like framing, siding, and innovative technology, and TEC Equipment Rental supports the community with top-tier equipment rentals and purchase options catered to help complete your next project. Together, these companies form a robust network, driving excellence and innovation across the construction and development landscape for the communities we operate in.

Rooted in its history, family ties, and a strong commitment to our people and culture, EMG is dedicated to serving communities through each of its organizations, ensuring that integrity, excellence, and service are at the heart of everything they do.
