Justin Ault

Justin Ault has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Justin started their career as a Shop Assistant at Bobby Layman Chevrolet from July 2009 to December 2012. Justin then worked as a Staffing Specialist/Onsite Manager at Nesco Resource from January 2013 to March 2014. Following that, they served as a Branch Manager at TMS Staffing from March 2014 to March 2015. Justin then joined EmploymentPros as a Professional Recruiter from March 2015 to December 2016. After that, they worked at Forward Air Corporation, first as a National Recruiter from December 2016 to February 2018, and later as a Manager - Capacity Development from February 2018 to January 2022. Justin then worked at Central Transport as a Regional Employee Relations Manager from January 2022 to October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Agent Recruiting at The Evans Network of Companies starting from October 2022.
